Flight Conditions & Cancellation
Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity on the procedures and guidelines for canceling any seaplane flight. The company is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the safety and integrity of our operations.
The pilot in command holds full responsibility for the decision to proceed with or cancel a flight, taking into account safety, weather conditions, and operational requirements.
Should a cancellation occur, we will promptly inform affected customers and offer appropriate solutions, including rescheduling or a refund, in accordance with our policies. Your understanding is greatly valued, as safety and operational excellence remain our top priorities.

Flights may be rescheduled due to cyclonic conditions, strong winds, heavy rain, or sea conditions that could affect takeoff or landing. Safety is always our priority.
